How To Cook It
- 1.Thaw the steaks and seafood overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
- 2.Sear the New York strips over high heat to your preferred doneness, then rest before serving.
- 3.Broil or grill the lobster tails and pan-sear the scallops in butter until just opaque.
